City Interdistrict Perinatal Center No. 6 successfully passed a certification audit for
compliance with the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001
(Quality Management System) and ISO 7101 (Quality Management System in Healthcare
Organizations).
Support in implementing the quality management system was provided by experts from
ALFAKON SYSTEMS,
who accompanied the project throughout all stages of implementation.
The management of City Interdistrict Perinatal Center No. 6 demonstrated a high level of
leadership,
involvement, and support during the implementation process. Active participation of the
entire staff
played a significant role in the successful realization of the project.
The project to implement the system and prepare for certification lasted 6 months.
During this period,
key operational processes were described and standardized, including:
Core medical processes:
- CMP1 — Perinatal care
- CMP2 — Neonatal care
- CMP3 — Outpatient consultation with an obstetrician-gynecologist at the perinatal
center
- CMP4 — Provision of specialized inpatient care
Supporting and management processes:
- SP1 — Infrastructure management
- SP2 — Supply / procurement
- MP1 — Human resources management
Following the audit, the team of City Interdistrict Perinatal Center No. 6 took into
account all
auditors’ recommendations and identified areas for further improvement and development
of the quality
management system.
Obtaining the ISO 9001 and ISO 7101 certificates confirms a high level of process
organization,
a focus on patient safety, the quality of medical care, and continuous improvement of
the Center’s
operations.
